assange worked on the ridiculous basis that all secrets are bad and should be revealed to everyone
he obtained information illegaly and published it to the detriment of some countrioes etc
this is not whistleblowing !
this is an abuse of free speech the same as slander is for example
free speech is a right (not in China , Russia or some other places) but not a license and has limits
