    my question.what happens in terms of tax on company take over? anybody know?

    My opinion. Never focus too much on the tax benefits in any investment, focus on the capital gain, and if you get lucky with benefits then that is icing on the cake IMO :)

    wonder if there would be an influx of sellers this time next year tax benefit?? :) just a thought..
