Serata, could you please direct me to where it says the 6m options are in lieu of pay for future work?

From my understanding Mr Fine will still be eligible for further remuneration according to his consultancy contract. If the amount was in lieu of future work some period must attach to it (6 months, 12 months, 2 years) and as far as i can tell there is no mention. My take is that the options are a bonus or incentive.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against the issue of the options to Mr Fine but when 2% of the upside in our company is handed away some more information should be provided to shareholders. I'm sure AS has valid reasons, i'd just like them to be passed on to the company owners (us shareholders). I'm sure most of us would agree that the annoucement was short of details.

Per the UNS announcement Mr Fine is "one of its key consultants". Sounds like there may be more worthy consultants in the wings - I really hope we get an explanation if these other key consultants start getting similar incentives.
