Ann: BOARD STRUCTURE CHANGES, page-44

As @Orangemonkeyman posted I wasn’t expecting this either.. But I have been wondering when this would occur, changes within the board..

I’ve met Ross and he’s a nice guy, he spoke very passionately about the company and its projects but I always thought Peru was his legacy.. I do wish him well and hope the personal circumstances surrounding his departure are not anything negative..

I don’t need to rehash info from a number of good posts here, and I understand that some are very glad to see the shuffle, myself included, as it means new perspectives and hopefully an eagerness to leave the past in the past..

I am also hoping Gareth calls it a day, since becoming a shareholder a couple years back I just haven’t seen what value he actually provides, I’m sure there’s some thing somewhere but I never see anything in announcements.. I’ve read plenty of other looonngggg termers opinions, and to me they seem to be on the money..

Let’s see who takes up the MD reigns
