Even though its probably time for this thread to end, I'll put forward a few comments.

I tend to agree with Mackyhs that the dilution is becoming concerning and there was not a great deal of information in the release. After all an expected lack of dilution was one of the positives I had for investing in the company.

However AS is a large shareholder too, and he would be aware of the dilution and would want to minimize it as much as possible. Can't remember but the announcement said something about the long term nature of the negotiations so it seems Mr Fine must be quite valuable to the organization. I'll give them one last benefit of the doubt. But next time there is some reasonable dilution i will be ringing up the company for some words, and hopefully a decent explanation, which I can then share with the HC community. This is probably a good idea for you to do now mackyhs if it is upsetting you. I think what upsets a lot of the UNS supporters is people complaining without the details. And again it would have been nice for more details to be in the announcement.

And Serata, whilst BS method of evaluating options is a standard way of doing this (out of necessity for accounting etc) I think most here are expecting such high sp increases from the company that it undervalues these options. ie everyone expects the sp targets to be met so the dilution will be much more then that implied in the BS method.
