From my memory, one of the earliest picks for Petrobras cam from either 'ethan' or 'ersoteric'. If you look at posts from around 18 - 19 November just after AGM, tigerted posted about Jurgen's comments at AGM regarding timing of farminee board meetings and I believe ethan then tied this timeframe to somewhere in the Americas which then led him to mention Petrobras. This is not conclusive but it is the earliest mention of Petrobras I can remember.
Again, kudos to you for very intelligent research & you are now responsible for me ignoring the missus all weekend as I daydream about trading halts & re ratings of MEO.
