are there foundries following this manufacturing model ?......Yep.....and there will be more in my opinion

because there's dollars in it .....big dollars .....you come along with the chip that enhances the profitability and leverages legacy equipment reducing capital outlay on upgrades and increases profitability and market share .....and guess what happens

this is the industry bottom line for all semiconductor companies ....return on investment over time - if you can't achieve better and cheaper economies of scale with increasing profitability across time - you can have the best technology ever invented by man and no one will run with it .....because there's no return in it ...it'll send you down the tubes

is weebit cheap sub $3.00 for the capital return over time it will potentially realise ....that's for each of us to decide
