Based on this FDA approval (even though sleepcheck is not as sexy as Dx, is still a significant event) - the BOD cannot fairly say the current TO is fair and reasonable. IMO their support needs to be withdrawn.
Pfizer has completely manipulated this company. I believe there has been some real dodgy dealing going on behind SHs backs.
Should the NO vote prevail, some heads need to roll!
