How do you know what Th concentrations are in the con that goes from site to the hydromet plant? TREO cons are at ~27% and Th will be looked after in a TSF on site, so where do you get your information about Th and its deportment. Try not to use descriptors like “toxic waste” as you did for LYC, surely you know the mixture of xenophobia and politics that cause LYC its problems in Malaysia? Mt Weld has probably the lowest Th/TREO of any REE deposit in the world.
