    1bacchus...

I see you have misrepresented my comments by selectively cutting and pasting part of a longer passage and applying it to an unrelated quote...I notce you do this with many of your posts where you quote me.

    Example, from your post...

"Such posting does NOT set out to rip others off, reduce the value of portfolios, or make money out of the losses of others."

The above is the essence of ramping T4P. This group makes money off trading the positive sentiment.

"Trading the positive sentiment" you say..but I am talking about Long Positons...you know, investors!

But you also left this bit out of the selective cut and paste...

...there need not be any sinister motive, other than a genuine desire to see their stock, and the value of their investment, doing well. Such posting does NOT set out to rip others off, reduce the value of portfolios, or make money out of the losses of others.

To selectively quote the second part of the above, without the lead-in sentence, changes the context consideraby...and in favour of your views of me.

I agree haowever, as I stated in my description of "Long Positions"...Some might feel this is best helped by talking up their stocks prospects, some overtly so, whilst others might adopt a more sanguine or even handed approach, preferring to canvass both the pros and cons of their stock with equal measure.

It is this latter, more measured group I am referring to that ","does NOT set out to rip others off, reduce the value of portfolios, or make money out of the losses of others."

the same could be said for those short on a stock, who equally post with measure and balance...however there is no questining that for shorters to make money, the majority must lose it.

As I said, this is not necessarily the case with genuine, "Long Position" posters.

I really think it is important when we are posting that we do not set out to misrepresent the views or opinion of others with our own tainted views.

    Cheers!
