Tangs off topic but...I have serviced a oil account since 1995 and I'm beginning to break even with maintenance costs etc.,. My question to you totally of topic but may not is future's in RBOB over the next several quarters see a fall. US market. Russia has Urals oil great for diesel. Do you think this a sign the market sees some stability again.
