Being a founder does not give u the right to just earn 1m a year. He has shares for being the founder and thats it. If he is getting paid 1m a year then he has to be doing work for it. Im asking what is that work that he does? If he doesnt do any work then get him the fuk out of the company and save 1m a year which will put us into cash flow positive.
