What we need to do is compare MSB's therapy to prednisone injections. There's a paper I can't access until I get to work, but this would be the proper comparison.
Have they ever defined what it meant by treatment failure? Are these people who have trialled multiple steroid injections and never had any effect? Or are these people who has a steroid injection, in which the effect wore off after 2 years?
Because if it's the latter, if I were them I would opt for the cheaper prednisone injection again, if both will wear off.
This is the comparison that needs to be made if we want an accurate feel for what the demand will be - as these are between $100 and $600 in America.
