    Yep 100% agree. Seriously board should only engage with D&D if they bring back $5.50 on the table as originally agreed. If not LNK board should reject the offer, distribute PXA shares to shareholders and then work on making the current operations profitable for the benefit of shareholders.
    I seriously hope the offer is rejected and also the board is kicked out - they haven't worked for the wellbeing of us shareholders.
