Confidence? The market has little confidence in something as fundamental as AVZ's ownership rights to the asset. Demonstrating very well why a discount is usually applied in these countries.

When/if AVZ opens for trade, I suspect we'll see this decreased confidence affect the SP (↓).

There are more significant obstacles for AVZ to overcome before any revenue can be generated.
