They may even ask the ASX for a suspension if they are not yet ready to announce anything.
That way, they don't have to do a TH with it's 3 day expiry limits.
A suspension could be applied using ASX Rule Chapter 17.3.2
"It is necessary to suspend to suspend quotation to prevent a disorderly or uninformed market"
