Property, land, farm equipment. Financials and forecasts will also be scrutinised. Intangibles don't tend to really matter, unless you have a brand that is well known and valuable.
My guess is we could see a $15m facility which would be a good result.
They recently hired a financial controller, all the ducks are lining up.
