The obvious choice to me is ARM.
ARM has essentially the same business model as BRN is establishing (fabless design services, licensing out processor cores and SOC designs to customers who go on to make the chipsets in their own fabs)
Akida would be offered up as an AI core that customers could append to legacy ARM cores. The development work would have already been done by ARM to integrate Akida into their ecosystem, so customers don't have to do that work themselves.
