so let me see if I read the presentation correctly. Initial costs for development/construction for 26 months $1b... they have Govt Debt of $300m lined up to help support that. Strategic equity considered by potential off take partners. I guess this is so some of the remaining construction costs can be funded by these off take partners in exchange for equity...I like the potential of ARU but would like to see firmer numbers on development costs and get an idea of how much equity they are talking about offering potential off take partners. I'd rather pay a higher share price knowing some of these boxes have been ticked off
