I'd hazard a guess the marketing also depends on gazette. The counterparty to the extension for ivz is the government and potentially anyone with a vested interest might have something to say or a spanner for the works.

If the existing lease has such a massive prospect and ivz is hoping to get the extension binding having done the extra seismic there could be some heel dragging to try and see if well 1 proves itself. Or if e.g. a rejected farm in candidate wanted to somehow cause trouble but you'd hope any such possibility would have been covered in their NDAs.

I'm kinda surprised the upgrade for M1 was released before extension legally complete. Hopefully it will be done soon and my musings are nothing but idle thoughts... but not before maybe another top up below 20c
