It looks like JC is leaving TNT to become the CEO/MD of Spirit Technologies (ST1). See ASX ann released this morning.

Appointment of Managing Director and CEO
Spirit Technology Solutions (“Spirit” ASX:ST1) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Julian Challingsworth as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD and CEO) of the Company, effective 11 July 2022. Julian has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Tesserent, ASX TNT. Tesserent provides cybersecurity to enterprise, government and critical infrastructure customers. Under Julian’s leadership the organisation grew significantly through both acquisitive and organic means. Julian spent 3 years in the role before he resigned and stepped down from his role as Co-Chief Executive in November 2021."
