A fair bit to process in your posts and I'll do my best to respond after giving some more thought. In their last recorded presentation, they spoke about diversification into other asset types and I think it's also discussed in the latest market update.

Installing the odd charging point here and there? I'll be disappointed if we don't start seeing this happen more often. I hope the capital costs are shared, or otherwise a premium is applied to the lease to cover costs as surely these would need to pump some serious juice
