They are worth the land they stand on because in 20 years who knows and how many old petrol station sites have vanished as unviable even on main roads or what WAS a good location
I need to check who has the upper hand on those leases .If it is not WPR then they are petrol station zoned dirt and an unviable one at that
Also who pays for the station rebuilds and is it in the lease that at the end of the lease and option taken a new station is built at WPR cost ., Half way to end of leases
