1. ASIC v ISX & Anor: The matter is listed for hearing with an estimate of 8 - 10 days commencing 27 Feb 2023.
2. ISX v ASX: ISX has to pay $2.69M security for costs by 25 July. Proceedings stayed until that is paid. When that is done, the matter can be put back before the Court, a Hearing date can be allocated, and a timetable put in place.
