It's not a democracy because no population would willingly make themselves extinct by inviting massive numbers of other tribes into their territory. I don't believe India, China, Japan etc invites massive numbers of non-Indians, non-Chinese or non-Japanese into their lands. It seems this only happens to Europe.
If you think you are living in a democracy you need to splash some cold water on your face and wake up.
