But overall this is great as funding is a major de-risking event. This is what holders have been waiting for - being fully funded to production. This raise plus the US$25m debt package get us there. I'd like to know the terms of debt, which aren't in the term sheet but I guess we'll find out soon. I guess that means that the Angolan Govt won't be contributing funding?

Also, with Evolution on the ticket, I'd expect some broker coverage from their analysts too in the not too distant future, which will help spread the word about the tremendous upside here.
