Wasn't exactly the announcement I was waiting for, but it will do. On the positive side, several gold producers are looking to buy up assets and are building nest eggs. SLR, which owns the Randall Gold processing plant, right next to LEX's discoveries, has over 300 million in cash, as do many others. I always thought Goldfields with its large holding in LEX, would be the main suitor. With increased fuel cost and wages, moving gold over long distances to processors, might no longer be as profitable. So, to buy an asset, right next to your processing plant, might be a good move?
