I personally think you would have to have rocks in your head to short ADO given the potential upside and given that another deal could be announced any minute.
The above chatter is all about an arbitrage play..... it doesn't matter wether the stock goes up or down..... you are offsetting your sell of ADO with a buy of ADOO. Given the 1c difference in fair value, the ongoing movement doesn't matter. You are effectively buying and selling the same stock at the same point in time for a profit.
Anyway.... lets move on.....
