One thing to note Harl's is that the major companies(producers) of each sector always lead the smaller companies (spec's and developers).
PDN and ERA have been trending down for many months now
Do you see that trend changing?
If so then you may have picked up a parcel of EXT at a decent price.
If not then the Uranium sector is going to trend lower.
