I see from the replies above Diddycat is still as busy as ever (must be off the spliffs). Still littering any grown up discussion I presume (I have him on ignore, as entertaining as his stupidity was).

Poor old Qantas, down again, on another up day for the ASX200. We did try and warn Qantas retail investors at $5.50, but it was exactly at that price, where Diddycat showed up on these forums, drowning any adult discussion, mocking mine (and others) decision to go short. Over a dollar down now just over a month. I made some particularly nice money on puts. Qantas investors alas losing near 20% of capital.

The sad thing is, on Hot Copper generally, if you ever say something negative about a bubbly stock having no position you get chastised for having no skin in the game, and if you are short you are of course a manipulator - you can't win. CEO's who b/s guidance pushes stock prices up to get their bonuses (and draws investors into capital losing purchases) are of course not manipulators at all.

    Funny old world.
