Australian and Chinese govts approval do not happen quickly. The cap raising is obviously aimed at continuing work until this happens and the cash hits EMG's account.
I also would want more detailed work - such as the concentrate grades - prior to signing a jv such as this. But then again, my financial strength is not quite that of CMIC...
