Ofcourse their accounts will be pretty strong. The market stupidly oversold them on recessionary fears. I would argue that shoes are not really a discretionary purchase especially if you have kids of growing age. I have been buying a new pair of Skechers/Vans every 6 months as they outgrow them so quickly.
