Dubbo Project closer to development, page-61

Some reassurance for those holders in the red (including myself): SK province regional govt (where KMP is located) has requested Aus govt to fast track the development of Dubbo, shortening the timeframe from 3 years to 2 years. SK delegates visited Dubbo mid June and made formal request to Aus govt to expedite the process.

"The delegation requested administrative support from the Australian government, including expedited processing of licenses and permits for the early development of mines along with ASM and Hyundai Engineering, which participated in the rare earth refining plant."

"In order to secure a rare earth supply chain, or to shorten development to less than two years, it has requested cooperation from the Australian government."

A lot going on behind the scenes, but big question is: what tf is the big hold up with the Aus govt?????
