to make this easier for those confused. The board are issued options at certain pre determined exercise price and dates, in this case those options allowed the board members who held those options to purchase stock at the exercise price of 5.1c. The holder of the options on conversion pays 5.1c....
in short the board members have put their own money into the company. It's very positive
