    My understanding is that DS and Biota have a 50/50 JV for LANI. DS has taken up the Japan rights for LANI for an undisclosed amount. DS and Biota will share ROW royalties.

    The royalties Biota will receive for Japan is confidential so as not to impact ROW negotiations.
