OEL is the lucky "guinea pig " in a sense in that BHP imo will almost certainly go ahead with OEL's SC55 and evaluate that b4 it gambles on other SC's. BHP/Exxon's SC56 is hardly around the corner from the Palawan area of the Phillipines ( being some 300-400 kms away). Other Phillipine SC holders around Palawan must be hopin and a prayin BHP has success with OEL"s SC55 and to increase their farmout chances.
