Hi Oze. It looks to me that the reporting of such is price sensitive nowadays - I've had a look myself and some others have released the same type of announcement. Maybe their has been a change in ASX compliance rules - I don't know, but it looks as if nothing is of concern. Eg. Check CHZ's ann, on the 20/01 as it's a carbon copy.
