with all due respect this isn't a game this is a decent investment of mine and a lot of others in the top 20. If this gets voted down and the opportunity will arise for MO removal and a pivot I'm all in, further more if this requires more capital (1-1.5mill) to steady the ship , relist and Baraba drilling im also keen. Obviously all shareholders would like equal opportunity and appreciate people with skin in the game as well , im extremely confident this can be done. What remains is a cash box(shares in IG-12mill escrowed) Baraba and a listed shell so roughly 2c and the explorations assets also the value of the shell.


In this market valuations for companies looking to list via RTO has dropped markedly, with the right deal we can get the company valued at equivalent of 2.8-3c a share in a RTO. So if there is value we would trade at a much higher premium to 2.8c-3c a share.

MO and friends made a little mistake in the shell to make sure they raise at 2c they would have sold down their interests everytime the share was much higher so we never had a true run. Mexico was shi### , if someone is a smart as yourself the NT tenements were bought from who and for how much? There lies the truth...... Matt thought NT projects were worth what that the company bought? How much was spent on Mexico?
what else have the team been working for last 2-years, which other companies do the assets sit it , obviously were not CRL and billed accordingly?

So the mistake is they lost control of the shell and don't have enough votes due to their own arrogance as they knew they would raise at 2c
What does this create? Their sell down of IG6 means if they lose control of CRL they lose control of IG6 as well.

The question of value and wealth creation down the coper copper route - if you speak to Matt it is so amazing why was there not 3c offered ?
Have a look through all your posts for two years x-terra how wrong have you been about this company. In the current market turmoil if MO loses his position who would hire him in the junior space? What is his track record? How is he successful ? He hasn't run a decent mine/toll treatment where he is mine manager and as a exploration manager he is poor with no track record of discoveries. This is fact and can't be disputed.
