IVR holders keep posting how they cant understand the PM prices. Its simple. The PAPER price is pushed wherever the US govt and Banks want it. They need to exit shorts and so hammer the price down. Their position is too big and so the smashdown goes on and on. They cannot let PM stocks appear valuable so they control them as well. Where does the money [just digits on a screen in reality] come from. Printed out of thin air by US govt Departments. In 2018 FASAB 56 bill was passed that let US Depts books be for all intents and purposes dark.Google it, Great Rolling Stone article. Get the picture.....unlimited digits to do what you like.
