I will go on record with what I think the current odds would be. It’s unfortunate that the only way to vote is by trading shares, which have other elements baked in.
Chance of BLM decision:
In July 10%
By October 25%
After November election and before December 31: 60%
BLM decision:
100% denial 10%
Partial denial 40%
Approval 50%
Court appeal of partial or full approval:
With injunction 80%
Without injunction 20%
