You are clearly not from Tassie pwinne. I would not touch Gagebrook with a barge pole if you get my drift. Absolutely the worst area in the greater hobart area. Housing Commission area with high unemployment and high crime rate. Plenty of hoons to keep the tone of the area down. Other areas not to touch Clarendonvale and Bridgewater (I cannot see these areas improving any further over the short to mid term). Tassie has had a pretty good run with property, in some cases up over 400% on 2000 prices.
