All will b revealed in due course. And I stand by my statement - you won't see a 50c-60c NTA by June.

99.5% occupoancy rates are great...no-one disputes this...but that alone did not save the other REITs from having to undertake massive restructuring initiatives.

I am happy to be wrong but I still maintain that NTA dilution is going to occur on this stock.

If that opinion happens to be drivel to you, so be it. Time will tell.
