Yes it’s a big pie controlled by two companies , edwards revenue is 80% of what AVR is in , so gives u a idea when revenue flows into a biotech what it means to the company value , so ask yourself what is the revenue potential for AVR , I believe the market size will be bigger with duraVR , why can’t it be given to 65 year olds ? This what makes this attractive , anyway let’s wait for trials next year or so , more positive data means only one thing , higher takeover price
Keep in mind both Medtronic and Edward bought into this market by taking over companies same status as AVR for billion plus dollars , anyone wish to confirm here.
U would think $3b plus is achievable if these results are replicated in the fda and ec trials ,why wouldn’t they? Just had 13 people (and some very sick) show results which mimics a potential cure.
