Yes how this Russian pipeline stuff plays out in the next weeks will dictate a lot about oil price. I suspect Russia will use it as a weapon and Germany will cave, they would be stupid not to, but if not we could be looking at something real bad. The oil price as it stands now is seriously affecting the gold and silver miners and even higher prices will sink many of them. For gold as mainly an investing commodity this isn't as important that the supply drops as it for for silver because silver is literally needed in many industrial products and is needed for society to continue. Silver is also very important for the war machine, with nearly all guided bombs using 100s of ounces of silver in their battery systems for each bomb.

In regards to LBMA you can see in the above link that the silver vault numbers are dropping off a cliff and back to 2016 levels, while gold is pretty stagnant over the last 18 months. I believe the reason gold is stagnant at LBMA is higher demand for it at the retail level and in non listed vaults, but due to there being little industrial use for gold obviously going backwards like silver is unlikely. COMEX is seeing very decent drops in their gold inventory recently so we could see the same at LBMA soon.

Silver is the grey-haired step parent to gold but the fact is there is likely only as much silver in investment form as there is gold in investment form. 1:1 or close to it. Not 90:1 like the GSR may indicate, not 8:1 like it is mined out of the ground. 20% of the annual supply of silver in the last 20 years came from recycling past dug up silver to get enough for the demand. It is going to be insane when this finally breaks. Gold has no chance of ending the manipulation going on with itself and silver IMO, but silver like the myths state can kill the vampires.
