    Remember you will have 141 mil shares as opposed to 17 mil before the placement.

    This drop always happens, with "many to one" rights issues, seen it many times. Be careful if you are trading/buying/selling without realizing this.

    And wait till Friday, when you will see what happens. If I am wrong I will happily admit it. My opinion, SP should settle just under 10c.
