Apparently the board "previously foreshadowed" succession planning. Did you guys, as shareholders know about these plans? Was it 'foreshadowed' at the AGM?
Considering that the board is "well advanced" into the appointment of a new successor, the board must've known about this for some time.
Again, shareholders are being told that an update of the outcome of the strategic review is expected "over the coming weeks". Sound familiar?
So, EOS look to be creating another new position (Head of Innovation), or will it just be a swap ie: Glen Tindall no longer the CEO for Space/Global - but rather just the CEO - Global?
With any luck (because that's currently what's needed), this company will turn around.
At least Ben will still be in the coaches box....
