41,375,001 Shares (total) was the number of shares stated in the most recent quarterly (Oct 2009).
But I'm not sure this includes the 3,000,000 ordinary shares issued to employees on 15th Dec 2009 (mostly to directors).
Shareholders need to keep an eye on the number of shares & options being thrown at Neil Fong & others as this has a massive impact on share price dilution for us small holders.
