prior to IPO Lumos had developed and submitted a novel test that met the approval criteria. their submission had been done in consultation with the FDA and they had received feedback from the FDA that the submission was satisfactory and that approval could come within months.
The FDA has been shuffling the goal posts ever since
Hopefully, FDA approval comes with a new approach, but the business now has negative EV and is worth many multiples of its current mkt cap on the back of Canadian and Victorian agreements IMHO
