the last SPP was premised on the turn around story. UCM has been a turn around story for a long time. abt the new factory. How much did it cost? Who owns the construction company, who owns the land tenure? Sensible voices raised concerns like these but were shouted out of the room. The hard core believers learned the hard way. Maybe they will now deny buying shares at 11 cents and scream loudly again when reminded of their posts.
