Yeah it's definitely profit motivated, but nothing will happen. Nothing every happens, even if you get an apologies and retraction the damage is done, however in this case, i think the damage was already done, which is why I find it odd they bothered. They have succesfully made a crap load from SLI and VUL when they did they same thing, but they were trading at ATH.
All of it is noise if they produce lithium carbonate samples by the end of the year.
